In this 30-minute breathwork flow, we focus on breathing techniques to awaken your energy and sharpen your focus. ELEVATE your mood and leave feeling empowered.

Slow & Steady Breathwork in Cove RESTORE.

In this 45-minute breath flow, we focus on deep, restorative breathing to help you unwind and reset. Let go of stress, find your inner calm, and leave feeling refreshed. Breathe, relax, and RESTORE your energy.

Yoga

Slow flow and Vinyasa designed to help you move your body mindfully and follows the method of yin and yang. Move through a series of flowing stretches and range of motion exercises, you'll improve flexibility, release tension, and connect with your breath.
